DREW GONZALEZ

Born and raised in Miami, FL. Drew comes from a very athletic background – everything ranging from wrestling, football, BJJ, Muay Thai Kickboxing, all the way to classical ballet and modern dance. Drew graduated from NYU and worked as a trainer and group fitness instructor at the former David Barton Gym while he was in school. Upon DBG closing its doors, Drew joined Equinox where he became one of the top performers of his branch.

Complacency is a disease that is often the byproduct of success. This style of training pushes individuals to be their very best physical selves from the very first session and forward, whilst encouraging the shedding of any dead weight that will hinder one's progress.
The methodology behind my training blends the worlds of performance and aesthetics. Learning to break one's mental barriers and push forward through pain and frustration is what, I believe, separates those who succeed or fail not just in the weight room but, in life. Learn to push through that mental wall and you will be untouchable.
While I do believe in hard work, I also believe "smart work" is the perfect sidekick-- so rather than comparing the two, both ideologies are combined in your training program. There is no "one size fits all" for training, there are only goals, journey's, and results that are relative to each individual. So come prepared to take this process seriously and put in some WORK!
You are the ruler of your kingdom and it is only you who decides whether you make a change or not. At the end of the day it starts with you -- don't settle for anything less, MAKE A CALL.
